General Conditions of Use (CGU) - Metaboutique Review Shield
Article 1: object
These general conditions govern the use of the Metaboutique Review Shield software (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). By using the Service, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms.
Article 2: Trial period
The customer benefits from a free trial period of 10 days from the date of registration.
At the end of the trial period, the customer automatically accepts a one-year subscription, tacitly renewable, unless they end the contract at least 1 month before the anniversary date.
Customer may terminate the Subscription by sending written notice to the address provided in these Terms. info@Metaboutique.shop
Article 3: Jurisdictional jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
Article 4: Waiver of the right of withdrawal
The customer acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply after the 10-day free trial period.
Consequently, the customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal after this period.
Article 5: Billing
The customer acknowledges and accepts without reservation that the SaaS (Software As A Service) Metaboutique Review Shield services represented by the owner of the SaaS Mr. Marc Sciarrelli are invoiced by the shared company Smart and therefore accepts without reservation the general conditions of Smart bruxelles@ smart.coop
